• Question: I signed up and never received a any emails from Shuttle Hub.

• Answer: We do not send an email after signup. Our system is designed to allow you to choose a user name and password of your choice. If you have forgotten your user name and or password, Click here

• Question: I can't remember what email address I signed up with, how can I retrieve my logins?

• Answer: Please contact our office at (813)-508-7542. Note that we cannot provide you with your username/password via email.

• Question: My agency is quite large, can we have an agency login that the entire office can use?

• Answer: Certainly, however keep in mind that commission for all agents will be combined under that agency login. Shuttle Hub send quotes to email address on file, therefore we recommend the use of a general email inbox that each agent has access to.

• Question: I want to sign up, but I do not wish to provide my tax ID# for security reasons.

• Answer: Shuttle Hub is a secure site and uses the latest available high encryption to process your information. Your information is safe, secure and cannot be intercepted by any third party. Note the pad lock icon on your browser for verification.
